Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared from our studio in Texas.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Personalized & Custom Items

Some Post 88 products may be personalized or custom-made just for you. Because these items require additional production time, processing and shipping may take longer than our standard timeframe.

Estimated processing times for personalized items will be noted on the product listing whenever possible. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

We appreciate your patience as we create something uniquely yours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout when requirements are met.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Post 88 is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
